This was the dent in the pan, which was there just as it was on the TT motor which had oil pressure. I never really suspected the dent because it had worked previously.
 When I removed it, there was not only the dent in the pan, but a square shaped area where the paint was rubbed off the pan right where the pickup tube sat. 
You can clearly see in this picture how the edge of the pickup tube has a small indention that runs the edge where it obviously sat on the pan. It was enough to block the oil flow. 
Lesson learned the hard way..............YET AGAIN.........
Should have banged the dent out when the pan was off, regardless on whether or not it worked before.
